For a few hours during the day while in hospital, our care assistants provide gentle support, assisting with drinks, toileting, and conversation when family or medical staff are unavailable.
This provides additional peace of mind during times of need and ensures patients feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout their hospital visit.

With a waking night, a care assistant remains awake throughout the night, offering comfort, monitoring, and immediate support whenever needed. This gives loved ones the chance to rest, knowing someone is there. - Sleeping Nights:
Our sleeping night service provides the same presence, but allows the care assistant to rest for a continuous period of 4–6 hours, while remaining close by should support be required.
